Workflow Automation – Improvements to the workflow functions in Quantum include: the ability to assign a default employee to a tracking status so that changing the status automatically assigns the task to a chosen employee; easily add or change transaction tracking notes from the Customer Management Center; and ability to copy and paste notes from the Track-It window.

How do I install Company Files?

1. Insert the Computerized Accounting with Peachtree 2010 CD into the CD-ROM drive.
2. At the Welcome to Peachtree Accounting window, click Browse CD.
3. In the Exploring window that appears, on the right side, double-click Peach10files.exe.
4. Confirm with your instructor where your company files should be located.
5. At the WinZip Self-Extractor Peach10files. exe dialog box, click Browse.
6. At the Browse for Folder dialog box, locate the folder where you will be storing your company files, and then click OK.
7. If the folder shown in the Unzip to folder text box is correct, click Unzip.

If you are using a computer at home, and you are the only student who is going to use that computer for the course, you can simply accept the default location in the WinZip Self-Extractor – Peach10files.exe dialog box (c:), and click Unzip. Your files will be in a folder called Peachtree 2010 Student Data (Company Files).
