In order to use the diagnostics software service “Offboard Diagnostic Information System” (ODIS) as well as for a FAZIT (Vehicle Information and Central Identification Tool)/GeKo (security and component protection) user authorization a so-called Global-User ID/Group-User ID is necessary for every user employee in your company. These employees have to be registered with the Volkswagen AG’s dealer portal under the OrgID of your company by either your importer or the administrator of your company. The dealer portal can be found in the internet under: https://dealerportal.vw-group.com.
